The North Shore is a great community with beautiful homes. At Casa Watchers, we want to help keep an eye on your home! We offer Home Watch Services and other Home Services to Cedar Park, Leander, Lago Vista and the entire North Shore area of Lake Travis.
Additionally, Casa Watchers provides concierge service to make sure that your kitchen is stocked and ready to go. We can provide personal shopping services so that you don't need to spend your precious time at the grocery store!
Casa Watchers will help you create a weekly, monthly or on demand service package that will fit your needs and budget. We offer services for the exterior and the interior of your home. If you're happy with your current vendors, we can either coordinate vendor services, be your eyes and ears to ensure that they're showing up to your home and you're getting a quality job done while you're not around. After every visit, a status report will be e-mailed to you. Casa Watchers is insured/bonded and manages all types of residential properties from large estates to small cottages. Below is a list of the services we provide:
- House cleaning
- Lawn maintenance and landscaping
- Collection of mail and packages
- Collection of newspapers and flyers
- Water exterior potted plants
- Flush toilets
- Post storm visits
- Forced entry and vandalism inspection
- Check faucets for leaks
- Check thermostat settings
- Seasonal heating and cooling services
- Check for leaks under sinks
- Walk around exterior of home (visual inspection)
- Observe for unfriendly pests around house and property
- Test exterior garden hose(s) spigot (turn on/off)
- Take garbage cans and recycling bins in and out as needed
- Inspect and replace burned out light bulbs as needed
- Pool maintenance
- Hot tub maintenance
- Winterizing irrigation systems, pools, hot tubs and garden hoses
- Opening and securing home for your service contractors and deliveries
- Miscellaneous repairs of the interior and exterior of the home
- Walk around interior of home (visual inspection)
- Check all exterior doors and windows to make sure they're locked
- Look for signs of insects or rodents present inside home
- Adjust window blinds for sunlight prevention
- Verify all appliances excluding refrigerator(s) & freezer(s) are turned off
- Verify refrigerator(s) & freezer(s) are working
- Observe for peculiar sounds or odors e.g. gas, mildew, spoiling food, etc...
- Water interior potted plants
- Turn each faucet on and off to fill drain traps and exercise valves
- Look for signs of potential or immediate maintenance issues (exterior and interior)
- Personal shopping/concierge service
