How often will you visit our house?

How will you communicate with me?
Casa Watchers will provide you with an individual report for each service you selected. A report will be e-mailed to you including any details identified during our visit and what actions have or will need to be taken. We will contact you via phone or email for urgent items, depending on the urgency and your preferred method of contact.
Will I need to hire vendors to work on our house?
No, we will take care of hiring and managing all vendors. If you already have some vendors working at the house we are happy to serve as your local contact and to act as your eyes and ears to ensure they are conducting the work to your specifications. Whether it is managing a remodel or making sure that the lawn is getting cut on schedule, you can relax knowing it will be managed by us just as well as it will be when we hire a vendor to work on your home, watercraft or dock.
Who do the vendors work for?
Casa Watchers hires and pays the vendors so you won't have to worry about it. We have found that local vendors are much more responsive to us because they want to earn business on all the homes we take care of and not just a small job on a single home.
How do you find your vendors?
We use local vendors that are licensed and insured that have been found through our network.
Who performs general maintenance, repairs and cleans my house, watercraft and dock?
Casa Watchers works with several trusted local vendors. We hire the correct vendor to perform the job. We don't hire the handyman that can cut the grass, fix the plumbing leak and change the oil on your boat.
Are your workers legally permitted to work in the U.S.?
Yes, Casa Watchers employs only legally permitted individuals.
How will I be billed?
Casa Watchers e-mails or upon request mails bills monthly. A bill is provided detailing your service package along with any additional services rendered that month.
