Vernon is the proud and dedicated owner of Casa Watchers. He started Casa Watchers in 2009 armed with over 18 years in new residential construction, home additions, remodeling and land development. In addition to his professional credentials, Vernon has a keen eye for detail and an unwavering standard of excellence.

Vernon started Casa Watchers to provide homeowners with the opportunity to make the most of their time at their home or on the water. Vernon looks forward to earning your business and providing you with world class service.

In Vernon's free time he enjoys partaking in water sports on Lake Travis, spending time with his wife and son, volunteering for the Lago Vista Lions Club and advising the Lago Vista Leo Club.

Sharlayne L. Maloney - Property Manager

Sharlayne is a versatile and valuable member of Casa Watchers as she brings more than 25 years of experience including interior design/decorating, staging, home decor visual display, merchandising and personal shopping. Additionally, she has been a real estate agent for the past seven years.

As a Property Manager for Casa Watchers, Sharlayne finds great satisfaction in helping others more thoroughly enjoy their time at their "home away from home"! She recalls having four small children and a weekend home and how much she would have appreciated the types of services Casa Watchers offers! Sharlayne looks forward to using her background, knowledge and creativity to provide you with valuable and impeccable service.

Tami provides administrative services for Casa Watchers, particularly Accounts Payable and Receivable. Tami has extensive experience in banking and human resource management which enables her to help Casa Watchers run efficiently.
